Together we will create a personal fitness plan to suit your lifestyle, and equip you to achieve your fitness goals.

1:1 sessions can take place online, or in person either in your home or local park.

Group Training

Training together can be fun and also give you motivation when you really need it .

Zoom classes
Low impact mat based classes focusing on strength training. No equipment needed. All levels.
Three week blocks on Tuesdays & Thursdays 7:45 - 8:15am.

You train, we train

A workout with me will feel like you are training with your best friend. My aspiration for anyone that trains with me is not only that they become the fittest version of themselves, but that fitness becomes part of their lifestyle that supports their mental and emotional wellbeing too.

Fitness should be fun and feel like something that you enjoy doing. I am not a qualified therapist but it is my mission to support you in achieving your external fitness goals as well supporting you to overcome the mental and emotional barriers to reaching your goals.

I have been part of Michelle’s classes outdoors, in a studio, and more recently, online. In every situation, Michelle keeps the workouts fresh and at a level which always pushes you that little bit further (or right over the edge usually in my case 😊). Michelle is so positive and encouraging and my overall strength has really improved. I’m a middle-aged Mum and it takes a lot to get me to exercise. Michelle makes the whole thing bearable – in fact, enjoyable. I would definitely recommend her.
