FAQ

Can I start training with you even if I’ve never worked out before? I’ve never been into fitness but feel like I need to do something now.

Yes, all levels are welcome, whether you are planning to attend one of my group sessions or train with me 1:1.

I am available to speak with you beforehand to make you feel prepared in every way.

Do you offer a free trial?

I offer a free consultation before your first session.

Do you offer meal planning/diet plans?

I can provide guidance but you would need to seek the advice of a qualified nutritionist for a specific diet plan.

When is the best time of day to train?

There are benefits to working out at any time of the day. Find the best time of the day that works for you that fits around your schedule.

I live in a communal space, will I be able to achieve a full workout without disturbing others?

Noise and space limitations have been taken into consideration in my Zoom classes. These sessions consist of low impact exercise which focuses on strength and conditioning.

If I’m working out at home, do I need any equipment?

No, you don't have to have any equipment to train. If you want to add some weight resistance, there are plenty of things you can use that can be found around the home.

How many days per week do I need to work out?

Ideally we should work out for 30 minutes at least four to five days a week. You can build up to this gradually, starting with two to three days. This is not only good for seeing external results but also for good cardiovascular health.
