 I’ve been attending Michelle’s bootcamp sessions for 5-years now and I keep coming back because her passion for fitness is infectious and her no-nonsense attitude keeps me from slipping into a luring sleep-in-everyday mindset.

‘Indulgence’ in Chelle’s view of the world is gifting yourself HIIT and strength-training. And this gift keeps on giving! I’m 5-months pregnant now and Chelle has gone above and beyond to keep me feeling welcome and included which has been a real lifesaver, especially throughout the pandemic.

She personally checks in on me and creates bespoke adaptation that I can review in advance. No excuses!
